| How do I order online? |
|
To order online, you need two pieces of information:
1) The main email address that Solebury has for your business. This is the address where you receive email communications from Solebury. This email address, such as myaddress@aol.com, will be used as your login to our online store. If you have not provided Solebury with an email address, email us at weborder@soleburysoapcompany.com, tell us the email address you want to use to access our online store, and we will contact you with the information you need to begin ordering online.
2) A 4 digit authentication code that is used as your password to login to the site for the first time. The authentication code was provided to you in the Solebury 2007 Holiday mailer you received either via email, or via the postal service during the week of November 5th, 2007. On the mailer sent via the postal service, you can find the authentication code just below the address block, highlighted in yellow, as shown below:
3) Alternatively, your 4 digit authentication code can also be found in the Solebury 2007 Holiday Sale email you received from Solebury, it can be found here:
4) Once you have your email address and your authentication code, click on the Log In link in the top right corner of the Solebury website, as shown here:
5) When you click on the link you will see the login screen:
6) In the Email Address field, enter the email address Solebury has associated with your company, such as myaddress@aol.com
7) In the Password field, enter the 4 digit authentication code from the Solebury 2007 Holiday Sale mailer.
8) Click on the “Continue” button.
You should now be logged onto our online store, and should be able to use the online catalog to begin shopping online for the White Flowers and Classics products that are on sale, and see the rest of Solebury’s exciting product line.
If you are unable to login, please just call us at 866 398 8554, or email us at weborder@soleburysoapcompany.com, and we will contact you with the information needed to begin using Solebury’s online ordering process.

| How do I get a password to login to the “My Account” feature of the website for Solebury’s wholesale customers? |
|
Call us at 866 398 8554 or send us a fax at 866 398 8552. We will provide you with a temporary password you can use to access your account. Once you log in, you should immediately change your password and setup your password “hint”, which will be presented to you online if you forget your password.

| I forgot my password, how do I find out what my password is? |
|
After you click on the “Log in” link at the top of the website, you will be presented with this screen:

Click on the link that says “Click here if you’ve forgotten your password”
If you setup a password hint, that hint will be displayed, as shown below:

If you still don’t remember your password, click on the link that says “If this hint does not help you remember your password, click here and we will email you instructions to change your password” as shown in the image above.
Clicking on this link will send an email from Solebury to your email address. This email will contain a link, as shown below:

Clicking on the link in your email, will take you to this screen,

where you can reset your password and setup a new password hint. Note that for security purposes, this process will delete any credit card information that we may have on file for your account.

| How do I find out the status of my order? |
|
Using the secure, self-service capabilities of our website, you can check on the status of any order by logging into your account by clicking on the “My Account” tab that will display after you have logged in. From there, click on the link that says “Order Status”.

This will display the status of all of your orders, as shown below.
